Duties & Taxes

  • Orders to Europe are sent from the UK, so EU customs may charge import VAT and a handling fee when your parcel arrives. These are paid by the recipient and are not included in our prices or delivery charges.
  • Some International orders outside of Europe may be subject to customs or import duties, additional tariffs and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK. These charges are usually automatically payable by the customer upon delivery. Every order is tracked to your door. You will receive your tracking details by email once your order leaves our studio.

Returns

UK Returns

UK returns are free.

To request a return, email contact@saintandjean.com within 28 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item or items you would like to return.

If your return is accepted, we will email you the return instructions and a QR code. Take the QR code to the drop-off location named in our email, where your return label will be printed. Keep your drop-off receipt as proof of return.

Please do not send anything back before receiving our instructions. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

International Returns

To request an international return, email contact@saintandjean.com within 28 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item or items you would like to return, and the country you are returning from.

If your return is accepted, we will email you the return instructions, the return cost and a QR code. Take the QR code to the drop-off location named in our email, where your return label will be printed. Keep your drop-off receipt as proof of return.

International returns are not free. The cost depends on your location and will be confirmed before you return your order. Customs taxes and sales charges are not refundable.
