MAINTANING COLOUR AND SHINE
All of our jewellery items undergo a process meant to help slow the loss of luster over time. However, following our care
Recommendations remain key. A piece's shine can fade when exposed to air extensively. Tarnishing occurs naturally but can be reversed with specialized cleaning. We highly advise removing pieces before sleeping, showering, exercise or activities involving chemicals like perfume, cleaning products, pool water, saltwater, or polishing substances that may jeopardize integrity over prolonged contact. Certain environments or agents can compromise the jewellery if in direct touch for lengthy periods.
CLEANING
Gently tidying pieces with a soft, non-scratching lint-free cloth or chamois best maintains or restores luster. If needed, a
delicate soap and warm water with a soft bristled toothbrush can clean, followed by a rinse and drying on a cloth. Steer clear of
‘dip’ polishes containing strong chemicals or scouring cleaners tend to eventually damage jewels. Jewellery polishing cloths
handled with cleaning solutions and polishes aren't recommended for use either. Stick with delicate methods suggested to keep items radiant long-term without risk to the materials.
OUR CHAIN LINEUP
Please Note
We cannot promise the gold coating on our pieces will remain intact indefinitely. As gold-plated items are more delicate by their inherent qualities, fading of color over time may occur. The pace of loss depends on varying factors like chemical exposure from skin products, perspiration levels or individual skin pH balance. Proper maintenance is paramount for gold-plated jewelry given the prospect of color loss due to external conditions outside our control. The yellow luster cannot be warranted lifelong necessitating diligent care to prolong stellar appearance for stretched wear.
