You may request a return within 28 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, email contact@saintandjean.com. Include your order number and the item or items you would like to return.

If your return is accepted, we will email you the return instructions and a QR code. Take the QR code to the drop-off location named in our email, where your return label can be printed.

UK returns are free. International returns are not free. The cost depends on your location and will be confirmed before you return your order.

Please do not send anything back before receiving our return instructions. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
